Check It Out: Girl Crush

I knew the minute I saw the cover that this was going to be for me. It’s about a girl named Tenka who aims to become a K-pop idol. There are currently 4 volumes out and even though we’re just getting started, I’m hooked! I won’t give anything away, but I will say that I appreciate that they keep some of the Korean in there untranslated. They’re like “you have access to search engines, figure it out.” And so I shall! Maybe this is my sign to learn Korean? In any case, I’m excited to learn more about these characters and I can’t wait for the next volume.
