Heads Up! Saiyuki Reload -ZEROIN- Premieres January 6th!

In just a little over a month, Saiyuki will be back with a new anime! This one will cover the “Even a Worm” arc. Now, in case you forgot since it’s been like 15+ years, that’s what I like to call the “Hazel being a creepy stalker” arc. This arc was already covered in the later half of Saiyuki Reload Gunlock. Now, after some light research, I discovered that in the manga this arc actually happens before the events of Saiyuki Reload Blast. But either way, we’re getting more Saiyuki, so I’m just going to roll with it like I always have. Since I haven’t read the manga, I don’t know how faithful the original was to the source material, so I don’t know if this will be a more faithful adaptation or just an updated version of Gunlock. Either way, I like seeing my boys in action, so I’ll probably give it a watch. In the meantime, it’s time to pull out all my old DVDs and binge!
